Outpatient therapy

A space to exhale, be honest, and feel understood.

Therapy is your time to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and build healthier ways forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What therapy may address

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We shape therapy around your concerns, strengths, culture, goals, and readiness for change. Areas of focus may include:

  • Anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma-related symptoms and difficult life experiences
  • Parenting, family conflict, and communication concerns
  • Self-esteem, boundaries, and relationship patterns
  • Grief, transitions, health concerns, and major decisions

What to expect

We start with a real conversation about what brought you in and what you hope will feel different. You and your therapist choose priorities, create a plan, and check in on progress together.

Sessions may include reflection, practical skills, honest feedback, problem-solving, and small steps to try between visits.

Our therapeutic style

Care is culturally responsive, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect. Your identity, family, faith, and lived experience are welcome in the room. You can ask questions, share feedback, and help shape the pace and direction of therapy.
